Wilbur is a 32 inch reverse offset smoker built by the masters at Radar Hill Smokers. Wilbur started at Corimal Leagues Club in 2016 and was a crowd favorite for Sunday sessions at that venue. In 2018 it was brought back to Wests and the delicious smoked meats have appeared on menus and at functions across Wests and Port Kembla Golf Club ever since.

Wilbur made a popular weekly appearance doing drive through service from the car park at Wests through Covid lockdowns and is now available through the Craft Café.

Wilbur combines what we feel is the best parts of the regional styles of American BBQ.

We pride ourselves on soft, smokey meat with spicy wings and vinegar pickles and slaw as well as our signature, housemade Wilbur BBQ Sauce.
