MEET CLOVER:
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Clover’s journey with Wests Illawarra spans over a decade and she says it’s the best job she’s ever had. What began as a casual position has blossomed into a remarkable career as one of our valuable customer service managers. Clover’s rise through the ranks is a testament to her dedication and commitment to excellence. When asked about her experience at Wests Illawarra, Clover remarked, “Wests is a very supportive organisation to work for. They put so much time and focus into development and career progression.”
MEET DONNA:
CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
Donna has been an invaluable member of our team for over 8 years, and her dedication to providing excellent customer service is highly valued. As the friendly face that greets everyone who comes to visit us, Donna has forged strong relationships over the years. Her genuine care for people shines through in her work. Donna shared, “It’s the relationships I’ve formed with the members throughout the years here. Hearing all about their family’s stories, hearing from them every single week has just been fantastic. It’s a pleasure coming into work every day.”
MEET GREG:
COURSE MANAGER, PORT KEMBLA GOLF CLUB
Greg is an exceptional team member who has been a part of the Wests Illawarra family for an incredible 23 years. Greg’s journey began as a gardener, and his unwavering dedication and passion for his work propelled him to the position of Course Manager at Port Kembla Golf Club. Greg’s love for what he does is palpable. He shares, “It’s not really working if you love what you do, and you know, I love what I do.”
Wests Illawarra invested $87,667 in the last financial year on staff training and development and provided incentives to recognise and reward our hardworking team.
